RUMMAN is a human-centric design firm based in Saudi Arabia. Founded by Maha Taibah in 2023, Rumman provides holistic and innovative wellbeing solutions that empower organizations and their employees to flourish in the Middle East.
We developed our 4Ds Framework of engagement:
Firstly, we discover and work closely with you to understand your organization's current state of employee wellbeing, which involves wellbeing audits, surveys, and other innovative means.
Secondly, based on the information gathered, we design and co-create tailor-made solutions that address the specific needs of your employees. These solutions include various interventions that promote employee wellbeing.
Thirdly, we deliver to implement the solutions we designed. This phase involves executing and overseeing initiatives and resources to support the program's success.
Fourthly, we deepen and continue to work through a sustainable methodology to evaluate the program's impact, while taking steps to ensure it becomes an integral part of your organization's culture.

In Arabic culture, the pomegranate, also known as rumman, is seen as a symbol of prosperity, abundance, and good luck. It is believed to have medicinal properties and is known for its high antioxidant content, which aligns with our company's emphasis on prevention.
The pomegranate is also given as a gift to bring blessings. Here at RUMMAN, we like to think that the pomegranate represents the idea that a person's life is made up of many small steps and actions coming together to form a whole.
