Kate Bridle, BSc, RPSGT, CSSC

With 18 years of experience in the field of sleep medicine, Ms. Bridle holds the rare distinction of being a globally-certified sleep physiologist. Using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, she helps people who suffer from poor sleep and insomnia achieve better sleep.

In 2015, Ms. Bridle successfully oversaw the set up and management of the first specialized sleep disorder center in the Middle East. Prior, she spent two years in the role of Lead Sleep Physiologist at the Children’s Sleep Disorder Unit at Evelina Children’s Hospital in London, and for nine years

she worked at Guys’ and St. Thomas’ Hospital, the largest sleep disorder center in the United Kingdom. She is a regular contributor to sleep research and scientific journals, and has spoken at the Royal Society of Medicine in London.

A proponent of improving employee engagement, happiness and productivity through better sleep, Ms. Bridle has worked with Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Marriott and other multinational organizations. She is a certified Sleep Science Coach and offers sleep education, retraining therapy and consultations to individuals and groups.
