ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Kate Bridle, BSc, RPSGT, CSSC
With 18 years’ experience working in the field of Sleep Medicine, Kate is one of a small number of highly accomplished, globally certified sleep physiologists. She has vast clinical experience including 9 years working in the UK’s largest Sleep Disorder Centre (Guys’ and St Thomas’ Hospital, London) as well as two years as Lead Sleep Physiologist and Departmental Manager at the Children’s Sleep Disorder Unit at the world famous Evelina Children’s Hospital, London. She has contributed to published sleep research articles and has been a guest speaker at numerous international events and conferences including the highly acclaimed ‘Royal Society of Medicine’ in London.
In 2015 Kate successfully oversaw the set up and management of the first specialist Sleep Disorder Centre in the Middle East, before moving to Hong Kong with her husband in 2018. Here, Kate become especially interested in Behavioural Sleep Medicine and qualified as a Certified Sleep Science Coach. Her passion and experience in the field led to her setting up her own consulting company, ‘Sleep HQ’ which she now runs from her new base in Riyadh, KSA, offering education and advice for both individuals and groups through consultations and sleep re-training therapy courses, as well as corporate wellness talks and workshops boosting employee engagement, happiness and productivity through better sleep. She has worked with many large, global corporations including Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, Marriott, to name a few.
She helps people who suffer from poor sleep and insomnia achieve better sleep through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.
